Child of Eden Review

  • Multi-Sensory Effect - A visionary entertainment experience that synchronizes stunning graphics and innovative sound design to electrify the senses. By bringing physics in synergy with spectacular visual and audio, Child of Eden is creating the next-generation sensory experience.
  • The World of Eden - Controls - Simple and natural. Designed for standard controllers and the Xbox 360 Kinect Sensor. The Kinect controller Sensor adds an extra dimension to the experience as you truly merge into the game, with no physical barriers between the game world and you. Use your body to move the camera, and both hands to lock-on and shoot for a completely new and multi-sensory shooting game experience.
Child of Eden is a must-own Kinect game. There are now 3 games that people universally use to show off the Kinect: Dance Central, Kinect Sports, and now Child of Eden. This game is defined by the Kinect controls and the amazing music. The music is so well integrated into the gameplay and is not just background noise. Most age groups will enjoy playing Child of Eden.

Dance Central Reviews
This game works flawlessly with the Kinect. You move, and it sees you, simple as that. Both young and old enjoy learning the dance moves and routines. There is a tutorial for each move that progresses quickly or slowly, dependant on how fast you're learning. Or the tutorials can be skipped and you can just dance. Both one player and two player options are fun. The best part is how seamlessly and intuitive the game controls work with kinect. The menus are easy to nagivate and simple, and gameplay does not subject you to those annoying long demos that cannot be skipped. You just put the game in and get ready to dance!

So cool. So much fun. 32 tracks. No controller. No dance pad. Great way to get off the couch.
This has quickly become our family's favorite game - if the Kinect only had one game, and it was this one - we would buy it. It's that fun.

Coming up in December 2011 Dance Central 2 will be released with 40 new tunes to dance to.

Kinect Sports Reviews

This is far better of a game than anything the Wii has period. The ability to play online just the cherry on top of the sundae. In this game you are able to play almost anything that you would be able to see at a track and field event and even soccer. The track events are a great workout; you can't cheat like the Wii. I would highly recommend ordering this game at the same time you order the Kinect without any reservation!! If I could give it 10 stars I would!

Love the variety of sports and can't believe how well kinect is tracking the motions. Had a blast laughing at myself in the kinect photos and videos! The volleyball ROCKS, table tennis took a bit getting used to but was cool and competitive after I got the hang of it (2 games, about 5min), I like the track and field more than I expected too!!

Coming up in December 2011 Kinect Sports 2 will be released with 6 new games to compete with, inlcuding golf and tennis.

Kinectimals Review
This game is one of the best I have ever seen for kids. My 5 year old daughter giggles, dances and gets a great workout while training baby animals and playing games in this adventure. She would play for hours if we let her!

The game is intuitive and down right fun to play. My husband and I have just as much fun playing it as our daughter does - and it is a fun family activity.

The graphics are spectacular and the sound effects down right adorable! I highly recommend it!
